Time: Doors open at 5:00 pm; Test starts at 6:00 pm
The following are important details about the test. Please review and speak with your instructor if you have any questions
Student: The doors will open at 5:00 pm and you will need to check in and purchase your boards. You are expected to be in uniform and at your ring by 5:30 pm with your boards and sparring gear. Stretching will begin at 5:45 pm and test will begin at 6:00 pm sharp. If you cannot arrive and be in your ring by 5:30 pm then you need to inform Senior Master May prior to the event. See your instructor if this applies to your situation. Lastly you will need to remain at your ring during the test.
Guests: Friends and Family are welcome to arrive with the students but must proceed to the stands once the student has completed their check in process. We need you to remain in the stands during the test and students must remain at the ring during the test.

Friends and family, you have an opportunity to congratulate your person on their achievement. We offer “A Best Wishes / Congratulatory Page” for all black belt promotions. This offers friends and family a method to place a small message and their name or family name in the program. It also presents a chance for students to show that they were a part of the organization during historic events like new Grand Master promotions.
